Chandlar received her Bachelor of Music from Eastern New Mexico University, Masters of Music from Texas Tech University and is a Teaching Fellow and doctoral student at the University of North Texas. Her featured roles include, Belinda in Dido and Aneas, Jo March in Little Women the Musical, Suor Angelica in Suor Angelica, Pamina in Die Zauberflöte and Adina in L’elisir d’amore and will sing the role of Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus in spring of 2025 with UNT Opera Theatre. Her oratorio work includes Mozart Requiem, Vivaldi Gloria, Considering Matthew Shepard, selections from Elijah and tours in Spain, Italy, London and Paris. Chandlar has also performed as a featured soloist with the Texas Tech Symphony Orchestras on multiple occasions. In addition to performing, Chandlar enjoys teaching her studio of talented students.
