Tenor William Joyner joined the UNT College of Music faculty in 2014, after a successful international opera career that saw him perform 60 opera roles in 12 different countries. At UNT, he teaches studio voice, French diction, and French vocal literature. Since his arrival in North Texas, he has put down roots in the community, serving in several lay leadership capacities at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church as well as being a member of the Board of Directors of the DFW Chapter of NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singing).
